The wind farm comprises four modern Vestas V150 turbines with a capacity of 4.2 MW each. The wind farm will be erected by WKN GmbH and handed over on a turnkey basis. The "Wölsickendorf" wind farm is CEE Group's fourth wind farm acquisition from PNE. The acquisition increases CEE Group's total wind portfolio to 435 MW. CEE is active across Germany, France, Scandinavia, Benelux countries and Iberia.

Markus Lesser, CEO of PNE AG: "The realisation of the wind farm and the sale to CEE as a renowned operator are very pleasing. In an environment that is currently not easy for wind energy, all those involved in the project have done a fantastic job."

Detlef Schreiber, CEO of the CEE Group, commented: "With the acquisition of the Wölsickendorf wind farm, we were once again able to successfully work in partnership with a leading developer. We have a long-standing, collaborative relationship with the PNE Group."
